On 13 September we open the doors to Nemesis Protocol, Cronoroom's new room and our first battle escape room. An experience for adults that you can play side by side or head to head, designed so that every game feels different.

Explorers on the TRAPPIST frontier, the world of Nemesis Protocol

The story: the Nemesis Protocol is activated

Seven worlds, disputed trade routes and a listening station right on the TRAPPIST frontier that has spent years tuned to the void without ever managing to transmit back. Until today. A few minutes ago, the machine in the central lab switched itself on. Nobody on the research team built it. And it keeps asking for six-digit codes.

The answers are scattered across the system: in its flora, its minerals, its trade routes and a broadcast that has been repeating for years without anyone understanding it. Meanwhile, the Nemesis Protocol keeps the station sealed until the transmission is complete.

What is a battle escape room?

If you have played The Jaguar's Treasure, you already know our hall escapes: experiences where groups of up to 15 people play together in the same space. Nemesis Protocol goes one step further. In a battle escape room, your opponent is not just the clock: it is also the team a few metres away, solving the same puzzles and chasing the same goal.

Two game modes, one room

🤝 Alliance Mode (cooperative)

One station, one goal and very little time. Every team feeds the same transmission, and the protocol is either completed or declared failed: there is no middle ground and no partial winners. It is the toughest version of the game, designed for groups who want to race against the clock, not against each other.

⚔️ Collision Mode (versus)

You are not alone in the lab: the Nemesis Protocol allows only one winner. The other teams are a few metres away, with their own codes. You hear the beep every time they score, but not how much… and they don't know your score either. The machine keeps the score to itself until the clock hits zero: only then will you find out who claims victory.

Can't decide? Alliance if you come to play together; Collision if you come to find out who's best. Same room. Very different feeling.

  • Birthdays and bachelor parties: Collision Mode turns the celebration into an epic competition.
